This is the second time that I've used Diane and both times have been incredible experiences. The first time I used Diane was many years ago and it was a buyer's market so I expected quick results. But in today's market, I received an offer on my house in just a couple of weeks. During my looking for a house phase, Diane was very patient with me and my wife and took us to any home we wanted to see on our schedule and not her schedule. I would recommend Diane to anybody that is looking for a home.

My husband and I just bought our first home in Geist Reservoir, Indianapolis. In addition to being new to home buying, we were also moving from California, which was another added stress factor. Diane made the process easy for us from start to finish. She impressed us right away with her professionalism and knowledge of the market. The on-line listings tool was user-friendly, and Diane responded to our questions promptly. When viewing homes, she wasn't pushy, but gave her honest opinion about the properties when we asked her for one. We didn't feel she was eager to make a sale, but wanted what was best for us. She made the process very clear for us, and closing was quick and stress-free. When other people talk about how stressful buying a home was for them, we realize how lucky we were to have Diane representing us!

I was living out of state when I was moving to Indiana for work. I had a 5 day trip to search for a house. Diane did an amazing job having options available for me to review and set up a 2 day session to view all of the homes I likes. Once we found the right house, we put the offer in and before my trip was over I had the inspection completed and offer accepted. Diane did a great job making the process as easy as possible for me and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Diane to anyone looking to buy a home.

Diane is a true professional. She made her self available to our rush and difficult schedules, and was super easy and friendly to work with. She share knowledge when needed while allowing us to see the properties for ourselves. We needed info from HOAs and other sources which she successfully hunt them down for us. We forgot to call to turn on the electricity and her team reach out to utilities on our behalf and made it possible for us on same day!!!!!!!

My wife and I enthusiastically recommend Diane. Diane did an excellent job completing a market analysis to ensure that our home was priced to sell quickly. She used technology and social marketing to get our home broad exposure nationwide. We quickly had multiple showings and offers. We accepted an offer on the 12th day of the home being on the market. During the period between offer acceptance and closing Diane worked hard to ensure all required actions, documents, etc., were completed. Diane immediately responded very quickly to all texts, emails and phone calls. She kept information and communication flowing between sellers, agents and buyers. Diane is a first class professional who cares about her clients.

With moving from out of state, Diane was very knowledgeable about the local housing market and did a good job of showing us housing that had most of what we were looking for to relocate. She and her assistant were extremely helpful in searching for our perfect house. Although we ended up building, it was in the same neighborhood and the same floor plan of a house that she found for us, but with a better location in the neighborhood than the one already built. Thanks to her, we did find exactly what we were looking for in a new house.

Diane is a joy to work with because she is so professional and truly wants to do the best for her client. We put our home on the market just as the market took a nose dive so it took longer to sell. She worked very hard for us and was creative in presenting it and gave it broad exposure. She was diligent and always encouraging even when as time went on without an immediate sale and we got anxious, we knew that she was still at work for us. Diane was recommended by another real estate professional outside of Indianapolis for the purpose of selling our condo in downtown. My wife and I are no longer living in the city and I own a business out of town, so it was difficult to schedule a time when the three of us could meet. Diane graciously worked around our schedules and she pleasantly surprised us with her preparation. After touring our home, she showed us multiple listings of comparable properties, sample mailings, displays, website statistics, letters, etc. She really impressed us with her knowledge of the city and the current real estate market. Diane assisted my husband and I purchase our first home in September, 2014. We began our search in June of 2014, assessing homes for sale in the Fishers/Carmel areas, but later expanded our search to northern Indianapolis. Throughout the process, Diane was always pleasurable and professional to work with. If there was a home we wanted to see, she would start to work right away to see when the soonest time would be for us to walk through - as any amount of time could be too late in the home buying process. While my husband and I were more hand on in the process of evaluating homes that we wanted for ourselves, Diane was always ready to assist in any way that she could. She made our experience quite positive, as well as when we closed. This can be a daunting process; however, Diane helped us through it, explaining when necessary. We asked Diane to handle the sale of our home in June because we'd used her when we bought the same house 10 years ago. Both times we found her very kind and understanding of our situation as well as an expert at selling real estate. When we moved to Carmel she helped us with all the details of buying and settling into our new home. This time as we sold our home she was very kindhearted as we had to move on.
