Diane Duncan, a resident of Brighton, Michigan and a property owner in Northern Michigan’s Antrim County, enjoys partnering with buyers and sellers of residential property located within the Detroit Metropolitan area, as well as, serving as a direct link for buyers interested in purchasing vacation homes, investment property or retirement homes in beautiful Northern Michigan.
Diane holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from the University of South Florida. Diane enjoyed a successful and rewarding 25 year aviation industry career serving in various job roles including an International Flight Attendant Purser, Director of In-Flight Service, and National/Global Sales Account Manager. After relocating from the Sarasota/Bradenton area to Brighton, Michigan in 2001 and concurrent with her aviation career, Diane was a licensed Realtor in the State of Michigan with ERA Griffith Realty from 2003-2009 where she specialized in partnering with buyers and sellers of residential property. During her initial five year real estate industry career, Diane served as the Chairperson and member of the Livingston County Association of Realtors Public Relations Committee, volunteer and coordinator for the Gleaners Community Food Bank and Livingston County Association of Realtors Fill the Gazebo Food Drive, member of the Oakland Livingston Human Services Agency Advisory Board, member of the St. Joseph Livingston Harvest Ball Committee, and both a patient care volunteer and community outreach speaker for Hospice of Michigan. Diane is proud to have been recognized for her many real estate sales achievements and for the honor of being awarded the prestigious Livingston County Association of Realtors Volunteer of the Year Award.
Upon exiting the aviation industry in 2012, Diane was the Co-Founder and Vice President of Strategic Recruiting Services LLC, a successful firm specializing in partnering with small to medium size business owners on a local, national, and global level to provide managed Human Resources and recruiting services. Diane sold her ownership in the company in January 2016. Diane returned to the real estate industry and Griffith Realty (formerly ERA Griffith Realty) in 2016 to focus on the needs of residential real estate customers mainly in Livingston County and the beautiful Northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan.
