Diane Rhodes

Diane, a former insurance agent and business analyst, understands the importance of communication, the details of contracts, honesty, hard work, patience, and caring for others. A native of York, Pennsylvania, she and her husband raised two sons who are now grown and have families of their own. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania. After living in Florida for 10 years, they fell in love with Raleigh and made it their permanent home. Obtaining her real estate license was a long-time goal, though she had no idea how challenging the journey would be. Owning her own business and affiliating with Coldwell Banker Advantage turned out to be one of the best decisions she ever made. Diane enjoys spending time with her loved ones, especially those who call her "Gigi." She has a passion for music, live shows (such as those at Meymandi Hall, Broadway, Raleigh Little Theatre, and DPAC), gardening, beach time, reading, and playing any kind of games or cards. Her family and friends would describe her as a bit competitive when it comes to games.
