We worked with Dina to buy our first home and we couldn't be happier! She was so helpful answering all of our questions and giving us advice when we asked for it. Dina is so easy to work with and no matter what time of day it was she was very responsive. She really took the time to learn what we wanted and found us something that really fit all of our requirements and I know she would do the same for any other client. Dina is a pleasure to work with. Dina Florina,
Dina is an exceptional representative for the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Real Estate company. During the entire process in selling the home, she was both friendly and professional in her communications (verbal-written) with us. Her attention to details and our needs were met completely. She was integral in performing all the different duties required in being a real estate professional, with an ease that is not often seen in the profession.
Bottom line, we would of course recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home. Five Stars is what she has received from us, and she earned this type of review.

If you are going to list or buy a house in or near Itasca and you don’t work with Dina then you blew it. Dina went through the process to get our house sold for top dollar and extremely quickly. Step by step. And all the steps. And a lot of them. Because that is what it took her to get it done and she took no short cuts. From drone footage of the house and property to fantastic pictures to helping us stage. I’ve sold a property before, but my wife and I had questions throughout the process. A text or email to her came back instantly from her with an answer. And she always answered her phone. Not only that, she would proactively check in on us to keep us informed. She will treat you like you are a member of her family. Her experience was obvious. When I see a post in the yard of a house for sale and it isn’t listed by Dina, I feel sorry for them. They blew it.

A bit about my experience; I moved from California to Illinois (odd direction, I know, I've heard it all, shh). Due to the timing of everything it was lucrative for my family and I to have the smallest gap possible when selling our condo in California and buying in Illinois.

Enter Dina & her team; an unbelievable level of support and trust when going about a almost completely sight-unseen process (not ideal when buying a home) and, I can't stress this enough, they made it work flawlessly. They made buying a home 2k miles away feel like right next door. These are words, but they truly don't express how grateful we are to have had them on our team.

My wife and I are pleased to recommend Dina Florina for any realty need in the Chicago area. This is our sixth home, and until this episode I didn't feel as though prior agents really took the time to clarify both of our checklists. Easier said than done, I realize!
What we appreciated most about Dina is 1) her deep knowledge of the local area, and 2) her willingness to be super honest and share her own opinions with us. In our case we had one weekend to narrow the field, but in the end we found a great house, on a nice street, reasonably close to work, walkable, with a good school district, etc. Both my wife and I feel great about the experience. We truly appreciate and recommend Dina.

The fortunes looked favorably upon me when I inquired via Zillow about a condo that I wanted to see. The agent assigned to me to view the property, Dina Florina, proved to be a godsend.
Dina met me at this first of what would be many properties. After introducing herself, Dina told me a little about her business acumen. Dina also then asked me questions about me, and the ‘must-haves’ of my property search.
Dina is the perfect realtor— pointing out positives and sometimes negatives during each property viewing. Dina answered the questions going through my head even before I had asked any!

We have been working with Dina since last September looking for homes. She had been extremely patient with us, (especially me and my quirks) and my constant change of mind at the last minute. Buying my first home with Dina was a breeze as she provided me with a very simple and easy process once my offer was accepted.
