Since 1993, Dmitry Kardonsky has been actively involved in the global real estate market, on both institutional and retail levels.
Early in his career as senior vice president of a major national bank, Dmitry provided financing and advisory services to retail and institutional clients on all aspects of real estate investments in multifamily, office, retail and hotel property sectors, real estate investment trusts (REITs), hotel and gaming companies.
In addition to helping his clients raise capital for their projects, Dmitry assisted with mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other equity offerings, leveraged financing, commercial-mortgage-backed securities and more.
In 2003, Dmitry founded and ran a very successful retail real estate brokerage firm, closing hundreds of transactions for residential and commercial properties.
