Dominique Lupercio

Once people work with Lineage Properties co-founder Dominique Lupercio, they know they have found an agent for life. She looks to understand her clients’ real estate goals and desires, and once she does, she over-delivers, getting sellers surprisingly high bids and finding buyers their dream homes, often under asking price. She specializes in the South Valley, Harlan Ranch, and Clovis North subdivisions.

Dominique grew up watching her mother create a thriving real estate business in the Central Valley and was always inspired by her success. After attending law school, she got her license in 2003 and has been a top producer in the area ever since. A former rising star educator in The Clovis Unified School District, Dominique is as enthusiastic about education as she is about real estate. She aims to educate her clients, and her main goal is to empower them with the knowledge they need to make smart decisions.

Although Dominique enjoys helping everyone realize their real estate dreams, she is particularly fond of helping first-time home buyers. It brings her joy to see families move into their first dream home. Honest and straightforward, Dominique leads buyers through the process from beginning to end. She is always available to answer their questions, discuss their concerns, or show them the latest off-list property.

Outside of real estate, Dominique stays active with area school districts, and most recently she devotes her time to her local Clovis Unified School District where she regularly volunteers in her children’s classrooms and at their sporting events. Dominique enjoys taking Pilates classes and the Bar Method with her mother and sister.
