About Donna

DONNA CARTWRIGHT is a REALTOR® Associate with Estate Properties in Palos Verdes Estates and a Palos Verdes Peninsula native. She is a Certified "Senior Real Estate Specialist" (SRES), Certified "First-Time Home Buyer Specialist" (FTBS), "Certified Transaction Coordinator" (CTC), and a “Palos Verdes Specialist” (PVS), who represents clients in the acquisitions and dispositions of luxury real estate on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, throughout the South Bay beach cities and Southern CA.
Licensed since 2004, Donna started her professional real estate career with Keller Williams Realty West where she quickly earned Top Producer awards. Known for her consultative approach and free public seminars on relevant real estate topics, Donna gained clients who valued her diligence, dedication, commitment, and resourcefulness. In 2009 Donna earned her Broker’s license and worked as a Broker Associate for First Manhattan Realtors in Manhattan Beach. Donna was the Office Administrator at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Malaga Cove Plaza in Palos Verdes Estates and while there she learned most everything about operations and the back-end of a major real estate office.
Donna earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) degree, with a Major in Accounting, from the University of San Diego (USD). As an auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) under the Department of Defense (DoD), Donna spent her early post college years auditing price proposals and conducting incurred cost audits, where her audit opinions & findings were a vital source of support in contract negotiations of multi-million-dollar contracts with companies, such as Rand Corp., Teledyne Inc., Teledyne Controls, and Hughes Corp. Also, as an internal auditor & consultant for her family-owned, multimillion-dollar, 1,900-employee DirecTV Sales & Installation company, Donna’s contributions played an important role in the company's success. Her application of numbers and attention to details have been an asset in all her business endeavors.

Donna is a CA Credentialed Teacher and for almost a decade she worked for the Manhattan Beach Unified School District (MBUSD) as a Classroom Teacher and Reading Specialist. Her love for children and education is evident and her ability to explain complex topics and simplify them is a gift that comes naturally to her.
Donna was born and raised in Rolling Hills Estates until attending USD in San Diego. Upon graduating, Donna moved to Manhattan Beach. Then, after 10 years of residency she returned to the Palos Verdes Peninsula to raise her two sons so they could have a similar upbringing that only Palos Verdes can offer. Her oldest son, Matthew, recently graduated from Loyola Marymount University (LMU) with a bachelor's degree in business, Major in Marketing. Her youngest, JD, attends the University of Southern California (USC) and he is a guard on the Trojan basketball team. Donna is a true native to Palos Verdes and the South Bay. If you are thinking of buying or selling in the Palos Verdes Peninsula areas or the South Bay, Donna is your expert Realtor.
