Donna Schrim

Donna Schrim is a top-producing REALTOR® with more than 30 years of experience. Her expertise as a waterfront and golf property specialist, combined with her background in land development and staging properties, provides her with a unique edge to assist her customers in a range of purchases.

Originally from Sandusky, Ohio, Donna began her real estate career in the 1980s. As a waterfront developer in Ohio, she revitalized one of the largest marinas in the country, Battery Park Marina, and was a partner in rezoning a Bluegrass property to sell to a homebuilder in Versailles, Kentucky. As a business entrepreneur, Donna was responsible for the expansion of three china and glass retail stores in Ohio and Illinois.

Donna relocated to Naples in 1999, and has been selling luxury homes, condominiums, investment properties, and commercial real estate from coast to coast ever since. She recently joined the Vanderbilt office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, partnering with her daughter Lauren Schrim to form The Schrim Team.

Donna's impressive list of professional designations include Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Relocation Professional, Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist. Donna is also a certified e-PRO® Internet professional, and a member of Florida REALTORS® and the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®.

In addition to her work in real estate, Donna is a pianist and taught private lessons for over 20 years. Her proudest accomplishment is raising two wonderful daughters, Lauren and Cate, as a single mom. In her time away from the office, she enjoys playing golf and tennis, boating on one of Florida's glorious waterways, and gardening. Giving back to the community is of the utmost importance to Donna, as she often fundraises for children's charities, art councils and music boards. She's a former member of the Junior League of Fort Myers and has volunteered with numerous local charities over the years, including The Sunshine Kids Foundation, The Latchkey League, and the Philharmonic League. Currently, Donna is a guardian ad litem and sits on the GAL Foundation board as a child advocate for Collier County.
