Donna Schwan

Donna has revolutionized real estate on the South Side during her thirty plus years in the business. For 19 years she managed one of the largest grossing sales forces in the area, and then she founded MetroPro and helped it grow in to the leading independent brokerage on the South Side. Donna was the first broker to do a breakthrough condominium conversion in the emerging neighborhood in Woodlawn. She continues to put her own special mark on real estate through her extraordinary design expertise. She can transform any space in to a showcase. She is the mother of three and the grandmother of three. She is an avid art collector and she delights in color and design. Her background is in theater and stage design as well as politics and fund development. She continues to be involved in community development and enrichment for South Side neighborhoods.
