We loved working with Donya. We were moving from western WV to the Martinsburg area for employment relocation and Donya was referred to us by our home-selling real estate agent. Since our previous home sold quickly, we needed a home right away and only had one weekend to find a home at the new location. Donya dedicated the weekend to us to help in our search. She was able to keep us focused and assisted with our decisions, showing us the benefits and short comings for each property that we visited. We were shown multiple properties and were able to secure a contract on our new home within the scheduled weekend. She also assisted with a settlement issue that would have caused most contracts to fall through. We would highly recommend Donya for your real estate needs and plan to use her again for our future real estate needs. Donya is professional, efficient, intelligent, knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

Donya helped me from the first day walking on the construction site and still helps me to this day if I have questions. Donya helped me purchase my first home! As a first-time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect about the process, but Donya was very patient and informative throughout each step. Since I opted for a to be built home, she did an excellent job communicating with me on how my build was coming along. As well as she kept me up to date on what my deadlines were when it came to my color selections. Overall, Donya was fantastic to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent!

We really appreciated the service from Donya. We moved to the area and right away, she did a good job of customer acquisition. I imagine the realtor market is pretty competitive here, and I felt Donya went beyond the normal to accommodate us and meet our needs. We appreciated the personal communication we received from Donya. She became a part of our family, a friend.

Donya is wonderful. She was very patient with me and did everything she could to help me buy my 1st home. It was actually right when COVID19 first hit and I believe I was her 1st client to buy a home in the middle of the pandemic. She honestly cried because she couldn’t be there at closing with me. Real tears of emotion because of how passionate she is about what she does. True concern. The home buying process wasn’t all that smooth there was not a lot of communication from the the sellers side and things were just going wrong, but she kept me calm and when I had no faith she gave me reassurance.
