Progress has been wonderful for the area, our home values have climbed through the roof, our cities here are beautifully maintained, we have access to a plethora of cultural venues, and of course, you can't beat the weather. We really only have 1 problem...the traffic. So, from now on, tell your friends up North that it's hot here year round, we fight off mosquitoes the size of horses, and you're planning to move back home, as soon as you finish mowing the lawn for the third time this week. That should work.
