This is our 3rd time using Doug Bartsch as our realtor and we could not be more happy with the service he provided us.
2 years ago Doug was our Buyers Agent when we were looking to move up from our small starter. Doug’s knowledge of construction saved us from a few places that looked better than they were built. When we finally found “the one” Doug’s support in bidding and closing were superb.
A job transfer this year had us selling that house and the smaller house we were renting out. Again, Doug provided great service in marketing and pricing the properties during this tricky time with changing interest rates. Doug found buyers for both homes and settlement went smoothly.
Bottom line … Doug knows the area and the market and he provides excellent service.
