This is my second time working Dave and Shelly and as usual they were nothing short of amazing. They guided me flawlessly through a tough market with outstanding responsiveness making my experience stress free. They were honest and transparent, familiar with the area and had a lot of local connections. It's been 4 months after my purchase and I'm still working closely with them seeking thier advice and guidance from everything to paint colors, flooring, tile, cabinets and countertops. Shelly and Dave are super friendly and very responsive. Shelly walked us through different homes taking notes on what we liked and didn't like. Being first time home buyers we were scared and frustrated but Shelly and Dave made sure that everything ran smoothly. They helped us communicate better with our lenders. Being first time home buyers with very little knowledge about the real estate space, my husband and I needed an agent to not only represent us, but to also be somewhat of a leader/teacher. What we absolutely did NOT want was someone just trying to make a quick sale. We were looking for reliability, trustworthiness, experience, organization, and excellent communication; David demonstrated these qualities, while balancing a professional yet personable demeanor. With all our encounters, whether it was via email/text/phone call/in person, we felt a sense of comfort and reassurance that our needs were being listened to. David helped make the process as seamless as possible and kept our budget and timeline in mind at all times. All of our questions were answered, real estate jargon was clarified, documents that needed signatures were explained beforehand, deadlines were laid out in advanced, and referrals to other important team members (i.e. lawyer/lender) were made. There were no unwanted surprises. Furthermore, David always maintained a level of transparency/honesty with regards to his perspective on properties. He pointed out things that we would have never thought about, both negative and positive, but all relevant and important to consider when making such a huge commitment. Shelly was so sweet and a true pleasure to work with as well. We would definitely recommend David and Shelly to our closest family and friends. Reaching our goal of becoming homeowners was possible thanks to being able to work with a fantastic team!

Dave and his team were outstanding in both the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home. Every step of the way Dave demonstrated excellent customer service, great communication, and a high level of professionalism. There were a lot of moving parts in buying and selling a home and he and his team handled everything with ease. They provided staging tips and great recommendations on how to sell our home. In addition, he did thorough market analysis on both the home we sold and the one we bought. An added benefit were all the team members that he could refer us to that helped with staging, painting, and home inspection. He provided us with an awesome mortgage loan contact and we did the entire process in less than 30 days. If you are buying or selling a home, I highly recommend Dave Snehal and his team.

Dave and Shelly have been the best realtors i could ask for. Not only did they help to facilitate a speedy close but they saved us from getting some real train wrecks of houses. They were so nice, helped keep us realistic, and set us up with a finance company when we had our financing fall apart. Dave and Shelly were awesome to work with! They helped me sell my condo and due to a bad experience with my property management company our sale was a bit of a nightmare, however, through it all, they were very helpful and professional.

Dave really helped save this deal. The buyers saw all the issues with the property management company and canceled the deal two days before closing. Dave worked his magic and saved this deal which meant the world to me! I highly recommend, they are extremely knowledgeable about pricing and current market values. We were able to get under contract in less than two weeks, which speaks for itself.

David Snehal was excellent to work with, he was very professional and always on time and helped me look at properties that were relevant to what I was looking for. He's very knowledgeable about various suburbs and was able to assist me in some critical important questions I had about some towns and neighborhoods. Dave helped us find our dream home and was always responsive even though we took 2 long years of searching. He was always prompt, responsive, professional and never lost his patience with us. We surely were picky and choosy however he never once made us feel like he is tired of showing homes. He kept his positive approach and constantly searched homes that suited our needs as he understands what a client wants very well. He also helped sell my sisters home and find a bigger home within few months. Words can't describe Dave's professionalism, enthusiasm and strong drive towards helping his clients. David Snehal is a trustworthy real estate agent. His confidence and knowledge assured us to trust him with the selling of our home. Understanding the process and the new terminology was a bit challenging for us, however, David was able to translate everything thoroughly. He discovered some issues and quickly recommended an honorable lawyer to unravel the problem as a team. This showed us that he performed his duties ethically. Without David and Jigar’s help, my mom would have been in a financial crisis. His patience made us comfortable and thanks to the diligence and efficiency, we were able to sell our home within a few months! Every phone call was returned immediately, every questioned answered correctly.
