I am a first time home buyer and Dulcie was incredibly supportive, and made the process less overwhelming. She was awesome and on top of every step right up to closing. I could not have done it without her! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. She did everything she could to protect us as buyers in this quick market, and she made sure we understood every agreement before we signed, every step of the way. She answered all of our questions clearly and promptly. She made sure we knew about all of our outs and everything we were responsible for as the process went along.
