Dylan was so kind to help my husband and I find a home to rent, even though he primarily deals with buying and selling homes. He went out of his way to contact other realtors and property management companies to secure viewings and offered to video a property we couldn’t attend in person. He is an excellent communicator and answers messages promptly. If we buy a house in the area in the future we will definitely be reaching out to Dylan. I can’t thank him enough.

Dylan understood our needs in finding a home, ie: when we said we would like to find a home in a quiet street, he went out of his way and drove around the neighborhood, making sure not only the street would be quiet but the neighborhood would be too.

Furthermore, Dylan's patience in showing the various homes through many zoom calls, across the country (from West Coast to East Coast), and across several time zones are to be appreciated.
