Ed Flynn

Ed is a full-time real estate broker and have been collaborating with clients on the purchase and sale of residential real estate in the Denver region for over 17 years. His extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the area comes from having had the opportunity to oversee several types of residential real estate from new construction to historic homes, from mountain property to acreage property on the plains, from modest single-family homes to elegant homes of distinction. Ed is an excellent negotiator and excel in managing the many complexities that must be understood and coordinated throughout the purchase and sale process. His skills are a direct result of experience and arduous work.

As a resolute professional, Ed continues to expand his knowledge through course study (beyond what is required by law) and have earned my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certifications.

Since working with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage when his earlier company was acquired at the beginning of 2001, Ed has received the International President's Circle award for 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006 and Diamond Society for 2007 and 2008. Ed is also a relocation specialist for both Coldwell Banker and Prudential Real Estate.
