Ed is an exceptional realtor. We moved from out-of-state and needed to tour a lot of homes in a very short period of time. Ed was extremely patient, organized, hard working, and knowledgeable. On a personal level, he is a genuine and all-around great guy. Ed took the time to listen as well as get to know us and what was important to us in a home and neighborhood. I’ve lived in several cities and worked with some great real estate agents over the years. I’ve struggled to find that great agent in Fort Lauderdale until I took the advice of a friend who recommended Ed.
Ed was excellent to work with from the beginning and really personalized the entire process. One of the most important elements for me was the custom MLS website he set up so I could view all the listings in my price range and a daily automated email alerting me to new listings. Being relatively new to the area, this was a great resource to give me an idea of the type of property I could afford. I had many questions during the process, and Ed always promptly answered my texts or emails and could jump on a phone call if we had a lot to discuss. His attention to detail really became apparent when it was time to make an offer and review the contract.
I was having cold feet with the first offer I made because a better property became available. I discussed it with Ed and decided to retract the first offer and move forward with the second property. The second contract had some issues that concerned me, but Ed was able to negotiate every item to make sure I was comfortable signing the final contract. Because of those conversations and his endless patience, he made me feel very comfortable with my final decision.
Attention to detail, great negotiating skills, and doing what it takes to ensure his clients are happy with their real estate decisions are the stand-out features that put Ed at the top of my list of great agents.
