Miriam Adame provided escrow services for myself. It was a 21 day close, so a lot had to happen in a short time and I was going to be out of the country for most of that time. She was able to have a notary come immediately before I left and kept me updated on what had to happen to ensure we closed on time. Our family used REMAX to sell our home in Buena Park and it was the best decision we could have made. A simple sell, turned into a huge mess due to the property being in a living trust and going into probate. It was our first ever experience dealing with probate but everyone working with us from our realtor Hugo Pompa, to our escrow officer Miriam Adame made the experience less confusing and scary. I can't imagine trying to buy or sell a home in California and not calling on their expertise. Everyone who was involved in the process was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Hugo and Miriam were always a call, text or email away, willing and able to answer our questions. Hugo was truly an advocate for us. Not just someone looking out for his commission check. Our situation took significantly longer than an average sell and not once did anyone involved make us feel like we were a hassle or burden. Whenever documents needed to be wet signed, they sent someone over so we didn't have to go to the office, although that was an option. I have nothing but good things to say about all those involved and that's saying something since the process got really ugly due to the living trust. Don't hesitate to call them and let them handle your real estate needs. We will use them in the future, of that there is no doubt. If you have to pay out commission to someone, a REMAX realtor is the way to go. And if you're in Southern California, look up Hugo Pompa. He's a family man with integrity and will have your back from start to finish no matter how ugly or complicated your situation turns out.

I live in the Seattle area and we needed someone to sell 2 properties we had. 1 commercial and 1 residential. Lucky for us, my wife found Sharon and she is licensed in both commercial and residential real estate. Perfect!
This wasn't an easy sale as there were multiple owners, tenants in the house we needed to get evicted for non payment of rent, and a squatter we needed to get evicted on the commercial property. We had a lot going on.

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel having met Yolanda and Luis. On a whim, and the overwhelming feeling that we needed more space in our home, I started combing through Zillow and Redfin and found a house that would fit our needs. I reached out to the listing agents, since we really weren't "looking", and quite frankly didn't have money set aside.

It turned out not to be the right home in God's plan for us, but something better was. Claudia was patient enough to see us through the whole process. Whenever I ask her to check on something something or ask her to do some research for me she was able to get back to me with answers . She never dropped the ball, and I would highly recommend her to anybody If I asked her to look at A POS property she had no problem and always had a positive attitude even if it was not up to the best condition. I got connected with Judy from REMAX New Dimension through Zillow when I started looking to purchase a condo. From the first point of contact, Judy was very responsive, professional, and patient.

Buying a home is a daunting process, and especially your first home which was my case. Judy was excellent at explaining the home buying process in the beginning and maintaining me informed and keeping me in track to get through every single step once we made offers and started escrow.

She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and then proceeded to find and show me listings that fit my needs. She was always available to answer my many questions, and even when she couldn't answer the phone I could expect a call back within minutes.
