Eddie was our realtor when we were looking to buy a home a couple years ago. He was thorough and explained everything to us in detail, which was appreciated due to the fact that we were first time home buyers. He helped us secure the house we wanted and made the process easy. When we decided to sell our home this year, there was no doubt that we wanted Eddie to be the realtor to help us in that process. We were able to sell our home in one week and for a substantial amount over listing price. We were happy in our choice of having him help us through this selling process as well. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

Edward has a warm and comforting personality. From the start, he was friendly and professional with myself and our family. Edward helped us sell our home and find the house of our dreams for our large family. We are very pleased with how everything resulted, this was not an easy sale. Despite that, Edward kept us updated and was not scared to bug the lenders to get information for us. He was very organized and always made sure we were not missing anything.
He was always a great ear to listen when things didn't go the way they were planned. His reassurances and previous realtor experiences really put him over the top in my honest opinion.

I have worked with Edward on the purchase of 2 different homes on 2 different occasions. Each time he made the stressful process of purchasing the homes very easy going. That is why I went with him the second time. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the business. Gave sound advice on the properties we looked at while hunting for our home. There was no pressure from him trying to get me to purchase a home. Quite the contrary. He works around your schedule & around your needs. With his help, I recently found my dream home. Working with Eddie was a pleasure. I was so worried it was going to be stressful Selling my house and I could not of been so wrong. Eddie is very professional and honest. Eddie Reyes was our realtor. Eddie sent us homes in the areas we were interested to buy on a Thursday. One of the houses my fiancé and I really liked was on that list. Eddie had made the appointment to see it on the Saturday morning after that. Saturday afternoon we were under contract to buy. It was that fast. Eddie had answered any questions we had during the purchasing process. Eddie helped my fiancé and i find our dream home and every step of the way in making it our home.
