Great experience...We do not live locally, but Efrain guided the process and lifted the stress for us. He connected us with reputable companies (that did a great job) to have some work done at the house before putting it up for sale. He met them and sent pictures of the work done as well. He had the house on the market and sold in a matter of days. Cannot recommend Efrain Reyes and his team highly enough!

This is my fourth home transaction with Efrain and Team Reyes. Yet another wonderful experience. Efrain is so helpful with the home buying process no matter how many times you have done this. He is never bothered by your questions and is always so willing to help no matter the situation. He even made time to act as a witness for one of the documents at the last minute. He did not seem bothered by the request or made me feel like I was disrupting his day. Jessica was also so amazing, stepping in when Efrain could not physically be there and took care of me as if I was family. This is definitely the "A" team. I highly recommend them.

Efrain and Jessica are absolutely amazing to work with. We moved to Florida knowing nothing about the style of houses here, what community to look at, or what to look for. Quite frankly I had no idea what to expect or what we wanted. Efrain showed us properties online for months until we were ready to physically look. He took the time and put in the effort to help us. They both worked around my crazy work schedule and made us feel like our time mattered. They even showed us options we didn't think about and endured plenty of questions. They honestly went above and beyond. We were so happy to have people we could trust. We ended up getting a home we absolutely love and didn't expect.
