Eileen ORourke

Eileen brings 37+ years in leadership positions in human resources and operations to her role as a REALTOR®. While her career required her to relocate to New Hampshire and then Syracuse, she eventually moved back home to Burlington. Eileen's career has spanned across global and small organizations in the manufacturing, retail, finance, and non-profit sectors. She has worn many hats – but none more rewarding than creating a thriving and collaborative environment for people to grow and succeed. Eileen brings this standard to her work with home buyers and sellers working to achieve the best price and terms and ensuring as stress-free as possible experience for her clients. Eileen resides in South Burlington, she holds an MBA from LeMoyne College in Syracuse and degrees from Saint Michael's College and Champlain College.
