Eli and his team represented my wife and I in the purchase of a new build Toll Brothers property in McLean. His advice and research in the local market made our decision to purchase in a challenging market much easier. He provided an extensive list of comparable properties for review, asked the builder a lot of thorough and detailed questions I did not think about, and provided insightful comments on the sales contract. Eli came to every walk through and inspection and even caught some items we missed on the punch list. He also provided some great referrals on lenders, insurance brokers and movers. Eli is an expert in the local real estate market and his research and statistics are unequalled. We would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell properties.

Jean and Eli provided excellent services for our condo sale in Fairfax, VA, back in May. Our condo was going to the market with three tenants living in the property at the time. Upon her first visit, Jean was very proactive in suggesting a project timeline with all the activities needed until the closing (including painting, cleaning, condo inspection, marketing, open house, etc.). She also took the extra responsibility of coordinating with the tenants and external service providers to complete these projects. Jean was always there to help and troubleshoot when we ran into nitty-gritty questions, with Eli providing his timely advice in the background. The marketing materials they produced were top-notch, which enabled our home to become "hot home" on redfin within 2 days of listing, and received many compliments from our friends and families. Due to Jean and Eli’s efforts, our home received a satisfying amount of offers despite two days of rainy open house session. Jean was very helpful in obtaining the best offer from our perspective based on the tenant's situation. On the day of closing, we were traveling abroad when some technical issue popped up at our property. Jean was able to solve the issue by leveraging her extensive professional network, which led to a successful closing. We couldn’t be more satisfied on their service. They earned every penny of their commission. We will gladly seek Jean and Eli’s service again should there be future real estate transaction opportunities.

Jean did an outstanding job helping us rent out my condo and find a new townhouse among an extremely competitive market. Her expertise in understanding the current market conditions are unmatched, and she does an incredible job forming relationships with other agents and her clients which leads to a smooth closing for everyone!
Jean was very involved in all aspects of the process, including vetting rental candidates for my condo, securing viewings, drawing up all the paperwork/contracts, and sending us updated rental listings for townhouses matching our criteria. Her promptness and organizational skills absolutely helped make this process as seamless as possible. Jean will always be my primary real estate source for all buying and renting needs in the future!
