Wow! I'm so grateful that Liz Hall walked me through the ups and downs of finding my perfect home! As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated the time Liz took to listen to what I wanted, went out of her way to show me potential homes when I was unable to travel from NYC, and encouraged me through the process. After home #1 fell through, she waited for me to be ready to begin again, and even told me, "I don't think this is the house you want. It doesn't have what you've been looking for," helping me not to settle on something I wouldn't like long-term. So grateful we didn't give in... I'm really loving my new home and found myself a new friend!

If you're looking for a phenomenal realator, look no further! Liz is a top notch realator that will get the job done! Not only is she sweet, but she is super hard working and will assist you the whole time! She will explain everything you need to know and is on top of it right away! Don't be afraid to ask questions either, she will always get you the awnsers and make sure you are up to date on everything! Even in a market that has been crazy, she won't let you lose faith, she will always keep you positive! I would highly recommend using Liz! 👌

Elizabeth Hall was the realtor for a house that I sold. She did an outstanding job with the entire sales process. She works hard and at all hours. I was most impressed with her detailed communications. She kept me informed every step of the way and explained everything in a way that made things easy to understand. She was proactive and made me aware of what was happening at the present time as well as what to expect in the future. She marketed the house very well which resulted in over 50 showings in about 4 days. The selling price was well above the listing price. I am convinced that Liz was the reason this happened because of how she marketed the property. She presented me the offers in a clear and concise way that enabled me to quickly determine which ones I should consider. Her follow up is outstanding. As a buyer and a seller, I wanted someone who was knowledgeable in all aspects
of the real estate business. Liz is that person and
she gives 100% all the time.
When I am buying, she lines up properties to see
that are actually what I am looking for so as to not waste my time on ones
that are just close to what I need.
When I am selling, she knows how to market the property well.
She is well informed on it and can answer any questions about it.
She follows up on all the leads
and gives me feedback from all the showings.
Her knowledge with financing also is a big plus.
She can insist potential buyers with their financial issues so they
are able to make the purchase when others say that they can't.
If she is not able to answer a question
she is resourceful enough to find out the correct answer quickly.
