Elizabeth Velasco is my go to realtor, I have used her on 3 occasions personally. She is the best at what she does, she helped me sell a property and buy 2 properties. She was very responsive, always there when I needed her, basically she took care of everything that needed to be taken care off and made every transaction stress free. She is a great person and always had my best interest in mind. She is not afraid to tell you the truth even if it results in you having to step away from a deal if she doesn’t believe it is the right deal for you. There are a lot of realtors out there to close the deal even if it is not a deal you should be closing, she is not one of them, she will give you an honest assessment and tell you the pros and cons so that you don’t make the wrong decision. I have referred her to numerous friends and family members, they have all had the same great experience I had with her. I will always use Elizabeth for my real estate needs!

We've known about Elizabeth through our aunt, the word of mouth recommendation is really powerful in this day and age of social media and digital marketing, you can say we are a little bit old fashioned millennials. From the very start until the end of the home buying purchase we have been very satisfied with Elizabeth because she's very involved, very punctual, professional and she is not pushy just to make a sale. She was very patient with us and very respectful of our lifestyle choice and she did show us nice homes but we did not to drive far from work.

My most favorite part is that Elizabeth did not leave any stone unturned. She has gone through every page of the documents, explaining the real estate jargon in ways we can understand. She worked very hard for us to get a good deal and so I can say that I would definitely work with her again in the future with our next purchase. In addition, she handled all of our stresses as the seller's party was truly a headache. This is by far what I am most thankful for.

What we are looking for is better quality of life and because of Elizabeth's help, were able to achieve that as we live 5mins away from work! My friends are already curious as to who helped us in this process and so I have already given Elizabeth's number to them!

LAST but not least, Elizabeth gifted us with traditional home welcoming gifts that I haven't had a chance to gather so thank you very much!!!

Worked with Elizabeth as a referral from my mom who's had experience with her previously. She is very knowledgeable in this field with many years of experience and my husband and were happy to have her as our agent during our first time homebuying process. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Tita Elizabeth was incredibly friendly and took time with my partner and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. Elizabeth and her company are simply the best. They have been our go to realtor when it comes to real estate. Elizabeth has been my realtor since 2008. She sold our 1st home in 2008, she also help us buy a house in 2011 and then she and Charles helped us to sell our house in 2017and in 2018 Charles once again helped us buy our house we currently live in.
