Emily is knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She accurately accessed my property, made helpful suggestions on preparing it for sale, and developed an extremely successful marketing strategy. My house sold for more than I expected due to her efforts. She was supportive before, during, and after the sale. She works hard for her clients and goes beyond the standard norm of service. I would recommend her without reservation.

I bought my Santa Fe home ten years ago with Emily’s help and did extensive renovation on it. When I decided to relocate, I used her services again to sell the property. Each experience had its pitfalls that she expertly guided us through. She is extraordinarily hard-working, resourceful, and service-oriented. She was able to estimate the worth of the home based on a variety of factors that she tracks; it is not a quick opinion though she can calculate irapidly. Then she was indefatigable in getting the right deal and pursuing all the details. That is important, since closing can have quite a few slippages and surprises if the real estate agent does not have solid relationships with the title company and a head for detail. Emily has both those aspects and so we crossed the finish line. At every juncture, she worked to reduce my stress — this was critical as I pursued a very significant relocation while navigating issues with my own health. She is a full-service broker who delivers on her promises.

Emily helped us buy and sell our home in Eldorado/ Santa Fe. She patiently helped us find and then brilliantly negotiate for the purchase of our house. Sadly we had to leave Santa Fe much earlier than anticipated. Emily was amazing in guiding us through the process of selling our property. She evaluated the market and timing correctly, negotiated appropriately on our behalf and sold the house for us within a short period of time.
Emily has lived and sold homes in Santa Fe for many years. She deeply loves this town and knows the ins and outs of the Santa Fe real estate landscape.
