Emily was very patient with us in driving us all over the surrounding counties to find a rural property. She was good at answering all of our questions and if she didn’t know the answer she would find it and get back to us within a day. She was very friendly and made us enjoy our time looking for a house. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend her to other folks looking for property in the Charlottesville Area.

I have to say, I don't think we could have found a better realtor. Emily communicated and walked us through the entire process, and somehow managed to keep us stress-free from beginning till end!!! She truly went above and beyond to work around our busy schedules to get all the needed paperwork done, this including coming to my job just for a quick signature. We were able to close on our house within the time frame we had planned for and it couldn't have worked out more perfectly with our previous lease. The effort Emily put in to finding the home that had everything we requested was recognized. She provided numerous listings for our choosing and couldn't have been more prompt about everything. She gave us honest insight on the houses we looked at and even pointed out some things to consider when deciding; this made the decision process so much easier!! Emily pretty much carried us through the closing process, keeping us well-informed of each step we needed to take along the way. We truly couldn't be more satisfied with Emily and she is highly recommended!!!!

Emily is a wonderful realtor to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the process and the steps involved in the purchasing of our first home. When she wasn't sure of an answer she always found out within a timely manner. She even answered all of my calls/ emails while she was on vacation, which was so much appreciated as it was also our closing week. We really loved working with Emily. She assisted my husband and I purchase our first home and assisted us throughout the whole process. She spent several exhausting weekends in a row driving us around town to look at multiple properties.
