Emily Wood likes to work with both buyers and sellers in the Hickory North Carolina area.

As a Seller's Agent she helps her clients determine the value of the property they want to sell and prepares market analysis statistics. She provides tips to help sellers stage property so that it will appeal to buyers and advertises listed property to other Realtors and potential buyers. She will negotiate contracts with buyers and/or agents acting on their behalf and educate sellers about disclosure requirements. She facilitates the closing process on behalf of her clients.

As a Buyer's Agent she provides prospective clients with information that can help them identify areas to look for property. She researches listings of property for sale and helps buyers identify properties that meet their needs. She shows homes to her clients and negotiates purchase agreements with sellers and their agents.
