Being our first home-buying experience, we didn't know what to expect. Greg was absolutely amazing and instrumental in helping us find our dream home!
We gave him a list of criteria, and he was constantly scouring listings for us to review which met our parameters.
We have odd work hours, but Greg was always available to take us into showings no matter what time or day.
Most importantly for us, Greg was a no-pressure gentleman when it came to the showings. He would ask us questions about what else we would want in a home, what we did like, what we didn't like, and refine his searches from there.
I work with real estate professionals for a living, but I can truly say Greg was one of a kind!
We would both highly recommend Greg to utilize in finding your next home!
We liked Greg's demeanor and knowledge of the local area, and also his likeable personality so much that we are using him to sell our home as well; something we had planned to FSBO, however after meeting Greg and being impressed so much with his expertise, knowledge and exposure reach, that we decided to list our old home with him.
We ran into a bit of a hiccup with the seller's agent, and Greg was in our corner resolving the issue within minutes!
We would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a home in the area, or looking to sell theirs. His demeanor is so pleasant, and I've never met someone as calm, cool and collected as himself. He honestly was a pleasure to have as a real estate professional and now a friend.

When it came time to sell our home, Elizabeth Watson knew all the rules and regulations regarding real estate, but it was how she respected and regarded our home, our refuge, that made an impression on my heart.
Elizabeth answered every question (and there were many), promptly and with accuracy. I fully trusted her at every step of the process. And when it came time to close on our home, I felt at peace; knowing every decision was sound.

Elizabeth Galmarini was fantastic in such a difficult market. We had given up looking for our first home but she found us the perfect home at the right price. Where to I start. Enas Latif was helped us get into our house in Spring of 2014. Her knowledge, connections, and personal skills were outstanding then and like wine it better.

Fast forward to 2021 we are moving and we knew who to call, Enas Latif! She met with us and had Elizabeth Watson be our main realtor. Let me tell you, Liz was amazing!!! If i can describe Liz is chilled like Crush, the sea turtle, from Finding Nemo and same time, caring, professional, informative, positive, and caring. It is authentic to the core. Asking us is there anything she can do to help. During big wind storms she cotacted us and asked are we okay, do we need anything. Whenever we needed to get a hold of her, 99 percent of the time i was able to get a hold of her. If i couldn't She always got back to us quickly either text or phone call. Everything we called she always greeted us positive and happy energy. It felt having a friend happy to hear from you.

Thanks to her we were able to accept an our house in 9 days! Liz gave us references and helped us find a realtor in FL to find our new home. We were able to sell and buy homes a little over 3 months. That is quick!

Through the closing process she has been a solid rock on information, compassion, and positivity. Her words of you "you got this" and "proud of us" gave us a boost when we needed it. It is stressful to move from one state all the way to the next.

Even when it was all said and done Liz reached out and let us know she is there if we need anything.

Carly, Lucas and Enas were a dynamic team for us!
We were looking for a specific investment property on the West Side of Buffalo and knew the competition would be brutal and that we would need to be on top of any new listings that came up.
Not only did they get us in at a drop of a dime, but got us the first showing in many of them!
When it came time to create and offer for the house we recently purchased, they had it under contract for us within 1 day! From then, any question we had was IMMEDIATELY answered by one of the three of them. There was never any miscommunication and all team members were on the same page!
At close we found we signed everything and then there were no keys! Carly and Lucas drove out to the previous owner's home for us and grabbed them and showed up on our doorstep with keys, some vino and stayed for some pizza!
Even after close, I had to get a document to the previous owner and Carly made sure that happened.
We are not easy clients, (I will admit),we demand a lot and want to make sure all bases are covered and they were AMAZING!

I relocated for work at the end of last year and was given the choice between two companies to list my house. I went with Hunt, specifically the Enas Latif sales team, with Stephanie as the lead agent. I chose them because they showed up prepared from day 1 and gave me assurance that not only was Stephanie working my listing, but in the case that she had a day off or anything, I had a backup contact as well. This was important to me because I had a very tight time line to sell and would no longer be in town once the house went on the market. They showed me comps and went over a marketing strategy with me that gave me confidence they knew what they were doing. After I was moved out, they had a professional photographer take incredible pictures and monitored my property periodically to make sure no problems had arisen. When the house went on the market, it didn't even last a week and I had 5 offers to choose from. It ended up selling for $25k more than I expected, and I am sure that they had a lot to do with maximizing my profit. They communicated often and with clarity all throughout the process. I literally could not have asked for a better experience.

After telling him what I was looking for, he researched and found several options that could be possibilities.
