Eric was absolutely fantastic to work with. It was the first time we've bought a house and he walked us through every single detail in full from beginning to end. Even though it was all new and very stressful, my wife and I felt much better about the whole process with him in our corner. Eric is a great agent to use when buying a home. He has a background in construction, so he sees a lot of potential issues that others might not notice and he understands the steps that would need to be taken to correct the issues. He is very punctual, he does not pressure buyers into making decisions, and he was willing to view houses with us anytime we wanted--even early morning on a holiday after we spent all morning/afternoon looking at houses with him the day before. Eric clearly enjoys his job and it makes looking for a new home (which can be frustrating at times) much easier and more enjoyable. He also help us sell our old home and he did a great job on that as well. He had good, thoughtful suggestions on small things that we could to do improve the value of our home and sell it quicker.
