Being a real estate agent isn’t a job. I know this because my agent Eric fire stone is a beast in disguise when it comes to what he does. No weekends, Late night, early mornings, and vacations do you even recognize that word. The pay off is you get to spend your days helping people such as myself make their dreams come true.
In today’s market it takes A lot of skills and very little sleep to get the buyers their dream home. You did that for me, so I want to thank you Once again for putting up with me and not giving up on me especially when I want to give up on myself . Eric reached out to me minutes after I filled out my contact information while looking for houses on Zillow. I am a first-time home buyer and had little idea about the process. On that first call, Eric took the time to listen to me, to explain the process, and to answer all of my many questions. At first I was concerned about picking the first agent that I talked to but I had no doubts after that call. Eric started sending me and my husband many options that fit our “wish list” and gave us the support we needed when evaluating the pros and cons of each place we liked. He recommended that we get pre-approved and we saw a few places that fit our requirements. He has demonstrated professionalism since day one by showing up on time and arranging the views with no issues for us. When we found THE place he took care of the whole process of drafting the contract, explaining to us the details, and made sure we were protected under many issues that could happen. What we most liked about Eric was that he really fights for us and makes sure he is doing everything to secure a good deal for the buyers. We also loved the fact that he is very strategic, always thinking about plan A, B, and C, without losing that positive attitude that things will work out! Our process had complications due to things outside of our control. Eric and his amazing team jumped in to share their expertise on insurance and budget aspects related to the association requirements by the lender. We can say that Eric and his team made what seemed impossible happen, not to mention this all happened during the coronavirus outbreak! We made the right choice in working with Eric and his team.

Eric and his team were fantastic to work with. I moved in from out of state and new virtually nothing about the area. Eric asked me some questions about my lifestyle, what my day to day looked like, etc. and found me the perfect community for my family and I within my price range! He was always responsive and any moment he couldn’t personally make it, his team didn’t miss a beat and was there for me. He listened to what I had to say about every house we looked at and made adjustments to our search from there. Once I brought up an issue or concern with something from 1 viewing, we never saw it in another. Even more so than that, I was on a tight schedule for finding and closing on a house and he made it happen. Without question, Eric and his team were the perfect choice for me! Thanks y’all! Eric Firestone is the total package when it comes to being a real estate agent. His ability to think outside the box and solve problems, that might otherwise go unsolved, is amazing. He was a calming presence in trying times and made sure that all of our needs were met without a problem. If you need to buy, sell or rent a house Eric is your guy!

Eric was referred to my partner and I through a mutual colleague/friend and we could have not asked for a better experience. Our process started six months before we even committed to purchasing a place, yet Eric kindly gave up a Saturday to show us places in different areas of South Miami and Coral Gables, both in and out of our price range. By the time we were ready to purchase, he had gotten to know us well enough to find what we wanted within one day of viewings. Eric talked us through the offering process and we were able to get a great deal on a place that only needed a few minor repairs.

Our process hit a few bumps in the road, but through Eric's contacts, we were able to get the place we wanted. His honesty, trustworthiness and candor helped us not to stress much at all over the process, even though it ended up being a bit tedious. In the meantime, we met several other wonderful people who helped us with insurance and mortgages, all the way to maintenance and repairs.

It is also important to mention that Eric took the time to walk us through our signing while on his honeymoon in Greece! Although he was disappointed he couldn't be there, he was surely there in spirit. His relationship with the title company proved his dedication to his professional and the strength of networking.

I would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a property in the Miami area. As someone who was born, bred, raised, schooled and married in Miami, he is truly a connoisseur of the area. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
