I was pressed for time to hurry up and move. This is not the ideal way to go about this but life was saying otherwise. I found Ms. Fields on a Facebook group for businesses. I gave her a call and she answered and was ready to converse immediately. She gave up her time for questions and at this time I was not preapproved. She even sent some homes after our conversation in the price range I told her about.

Months later I finally got a preapproval which was not your typical letter but she put on the shoes and went to WORK. She got all my pieces in line with my broker and the escrow agents. Even the back and forths with the seller and my indecisiveness with the home warranty. Once we stayed up late night looking for homes together. If she was up she did not mind at all assisting.

We spent 4 days looking at homes. My process was super fast. I knew what I wanted and I knew I would have to make some updates and put some elbow into my purchase so that made the process shorter. One day we seen over 10 houses in a few hours. She never complained about how far they were or the time me and my husband needed from her.

Very friendly and available. I can’t stress how being there when needed is so important to me and this process. She went above and beyond! If she didn’t know she was going to find out. Definitely going to use her again.

I HIGHLY recommend her for buying and selling. She gets the job done and when you need it.

What a home buying experience! I always heard buying your first home would be stressful. Not my experience with Erica Fields and Big Block Realty. This was the biggest, easiest and most painless purchase I have ever made. Erica was relentless, she fought for me on my behalf with the lenders and the sellers night and day, 24/7 until the deal was sealed. She made sure she kept my best interest first. When it comes to a real-estate agent this is the type of relationship you want to establish and keep forever. I would definitely recommend everyone i know to Erica Fields at Big Block Realty.
