Erika is by far the best person to have in your corner. She sets the bar for others to emulate and she made that bar a challenge for others to meet. She graciously showed me countless homes often meeting with me during challenging times. She was patient and caring towards my two children which are five and three years old. She is the most professional woman in the business when addressing my concerns she reassured that she was listening and continued to be supportive when helping me find the perfect home for my family and she did! I had a short timeline and was only able to do one weekend of house tours because of my busy schedule but Erica did not come to play! She had house and houses ready to go and was even able to get houses ready day of or as soon as next day for a walk through. Big thing was I never felt rushed, and she knew what I was looking for, not just trying to sell me something just to get things moving, she made sure I felt confident and comfortable enough to want to close. Once I found the home she made sure to bat for me on small things around the house I would have never thought of, especially after inspection I was worried about 1 thing but she made sure she asked for everything she would want done to her home if she were buying it . Honestly so happy and hope to work with her again when it’s time to sell, couldn’t recommend her more! If you want trust and confidence in knowing that you are getting what you love and need, then choose Erica!
