Erica and her team are some of the very best Realtors in the business. They have helped family and friends alike purchase and sell homes in the Shawnee county area for years. Recently, she helped sell my mom's place in a timely manner and got her a fair deal. She also heavily influenced us personally on weather we should stay in our current home or sell, we couldn't have thanked her enough for her honest advice. Thank you Erica!

I have been working with Erica for many years on multiple properties both selling and purchasing. My wife and I were convinced after our first transaction, we had found the right Realtor. I cannot say enough about her. There needs to be a great deal of trust when you are working with someone, especially when large purchases are involved. There is no one we trust more than Erica! She is our Realtor for life.
