About Erich
Erich Cabe’s career has taken him from the great outdoors to the great indoors.
Raised in the mountains of Western Pennsylvania, Erich learned to ski as soon as he could walk. His love for the sport led him to ski and teach others at a world- level. He traversed the world, tackling first descents in Alaska, and visiting Chile, Austria, New Zealand, and other countries to compete and train instructors. After his fourth knee replacement, Erich had to shift gears. He came to Washington, D.C., to embark on a new adventure: real estate. He helped a friend start a finance company in the 1990s, buying, remodeling, and selling homes, and discovered his next passion.
