Ericka Lassiter was my realtor in both buying and selling my rental townhome. She came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I live out of state so navigating the real estate market long distance was a chore. Ericka made the process so much easier! She gave me names for trades people to do updates and repairs. She was available anytime I needed her! I am so grateful and blessed to have found a realtor who is so knowledgeable about the market. She helped me get the best price for both buying and selling my home. There were many unexpected challenges that could have been more stressful for me if it were not for Ericka’s calm and encouraging spirit.
