Eriko Ishii is a top-producing real estate broker associate with eXp Realty and the 2025–2026 President of AREAA Houston (Asian Real Estate Association of America). With more than 15 years of experience, Eriko is known for her strong negotiation skills, strategic market insight, and her personalized, relationship-driven approach that has guided hundreds of families and investors in reaching their real estate goals.
Eriko’s journey began when she moved to Houston from Japan over 30 years ago as an international student. With no family support and limited resources, she worked her way through school and built a career centered on determination, community, and service. Today, she leads a multi-state and international real estate network serving clients across Texas, Hawaii, and Japan. Her expertise spans residential, investment, new construction, and cross-border transactions.
As AREAA Houston President, Eriko is committed to elevating the Asian American and Pacific Islander community through education, advocacy, and professional collaboration. She leads with transparency, strategic planning, and a focus on empowering future leaders. Under her leadership, the chapter continues to grow membership, expand partnerships, and create meaningful community outreach initiatives.
Outside of real estate, Eriko is passionate about giving back. She has fostered more than 175 rescue dogs, supports multiple community organizations, and remains active in cultural and international exchange efforts.
