She never hesitated when I wanted to push a low offer and helped me to put in more than I could count. We chose Erin Brady with C3 Real Estate Solutions to sell our home in Greeley, and make a monumental transition to Tennessee. The task and process were both intimidating and daunting, yet Erin provided us with the knowledge and guidance to see it through. There were many moments where we had multiple questions and moments of doubt; Erin was patient, supportive, and went above and beyond with each step. She even made parts of the journey fun through her communications and special treats to make our day.
There are many real estate agents out there. Erin gets the deal done, negotiates like a BoSS, and shines like a light through it all.

We were first time homebuyers and Erin was the absolute best realtor we could have asked for. She is very familiar with the NoCo housing market, super fast to respond to any requests you might have and because of her diligence, we won the bid on our home because our paperwork was immaculate. She is very knowledgeable but if she doesn't know the answer to your question, she will get it quickly. We are so happy we found her at the first open house we went to. She was patient with our impatience (LOL) and never made us feel like our questions were stupid. She is so personable and easy to talk to, she walked us through the purchase of our home with ease.
