The first realtor my wife and I selected to represent us in selling our house, dropped us as clients the day before listing date because he failed to deliver as promised. He was incredibly unprofessional.

Erin is wonderful! She helped my parents and I sell their house and buy a new one! She explained the entire process of selling a house thoroughly, and helped us through the entire process, from suggesting ways to make the house more presentable to going over paperwork for the closing. She also went above and beyond to help my parents with any questions they had concerning the purchase of their new home, and stayed in touch with the loan officers to make sure everything was going forward smoothly for the closing. Erin is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgeable and saved me several thousands of dollars during my closing by her meticulous review of the closing documents. Even after the closing, the HOA attempted to get me to pay fees that were accounted for during the closing. She reached out to the closing attorney, explained the over-site and was able to get the HOA fees waived or paid by them. Erin’s husband, Kevin is also a gem and pleasure to work with. They make an awesome team and are down to earth people that truly love taking care of their customers!

I had lived in my home for 32 years and wanted to sell it so that I could build my retirement home closer to my grandchildren. I wasn't sure if I could make the money I needed in the timeframe that I needed. I called Erin, she showed up, we discussed her plan, signed the paperwork and she really took care of the rest. I had so much packing to do (having lived there for 32 years!) that I was grateful for Erin making the selling process stress free for me. Due to your efforts, everything was easy. There wasn't much I had to do to sell the house. The deal went through faster than I thought.Erin helped me understand the current value of my home and gave me pointers to get it ready for buyers to see it. Then she worked really hard putting her proven marketing strategies in motion. My house got lots of attention and several good offers. We already moved out of state and listed our home for sale with Coldwell Banker for 6 months. After that listing expired, I wanted to find a local realtor who I could trust to look after the home the way that I would if I were still there. We put a lot of upgrades in the home and Erin was able to communicate that to prospective buyers effectively. She also helped me understand that I had the nicest home in the subdivision, so I had to adjust my price. Well before the end of the agreement, Erin got my home sold for a great price. She accomplished what the others couldn't. Erin markets hard and thinks out of the box. As far as Erin's personal approach, we have sold several houses and never had the service Erin provides.
