About Erin

Erin has been helping people buy and sell homes across Central Virginia since 2006. Born and raised along the Moormans River in Western Albemarle County, she has deep roots in the Charlottesville area and an enduring love for the Blue Ridge Mountains that surround it.

After graduating from Western Albemarle High School, Erin went on to earn her degree from James Madison University. She spent several years in the human services field before finding her true calling in real estate—a career that perfectly blends her love of helping people, her appreciation for this beautiful region, and her natural business sense.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, EcoBroker, and NAR Green Designee, Erin brings both expertise and heart to her work. She’s especially passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency—values she put into practice while renovating her own 1950s Cape Cod, restoring its original charm while incorporating modern, eco-friendly updates.
