Eryn Appell

Eryn is a lifelong resident of Loudoun County. Raised in Purcellville and now a resident of downtown Leesburg, Eryn truly loves “home”.
Eryn earned her pre-law degree at the University of Tennessee and has been working in marketing for the tech and IT industry for more than 10 years. Her experience in marketing, negotiation and legal issues in the corporate world has benefited her first love, her career in real estate.

Eryn has a deep knowledge of all things Northern Virginia and enjoys working with a broad range of clients. Her depth of experience includes first-time home buyers and rental clients, to large farms and multi-million dollar properties. Her client-focused practices and attention to detail results in a large roster of highly satisfied clients.

Outside of her work life, Eryn enjoys spending time with the amazing men in her life, her boyfriend Marcus and her Vizsla named Sutton. Her other interests include travel, fitness, reading and enjoying the many equestrian events of the Piedmont.
