About Ethan

Raised in Woodruff, SC, my family and I enjoy small-town living, the great outdoors, and traveling. I married my high school sweetheart, Hunter, and we currently reside within the city limits. While looking for our first home we were given the opportunity to buy the Casey’s homeplace, a 1940’s era home that has been in my family for decades. Using my background in remodeling from my Dad’s construction business, Hunter and I completely refaced the brick ranch, keeping the southern charm while adding a modern touch.
The skills that I learned from the renovation and time spent with my Dad’s business allowed me to understand the upstate market and the benefits of homeownership. I began developing an interest in the real estate market and found myself constantly keeping up with the new trends during the remodel.

It never once felt like a job, it became a passion. That passion sparked a fire inside of me, so I obtained my real estate license so I could continue advancing my new-found interest while serving the upstate communities.
