She was outstanding with being on top of all the nuances that went into the listing, the sale and the completion of the transaction. My husband and I were referred to Eve when we started looking to buy our first home. She was such a joy to work with and is so good at her job. She gave us honest assessments when we were looking around, and has a great eye for the market in ABQ. We ended up buying the most complicated house with so many permits and certifications that we never would have been able to navigate on our own. Eve price is the most professional and detailed oriented realtor I have ever worked with. She sold me my original home 15 yers ago and recently listed and sold the same home.

She worked with me for several months before I put my house on the market to get it ready and it sold literally in 8 hours with multiple offers above list price.
