Evelyn is a gem! She’s a wealth of real estate knowledge. She has about 20 years experience. She toured our condo in Genesee weeks before we went on the market; giving suggested repairs and helpful tips on how to stage it properly. She even offered help to stage it :) Once she got our condo listed , we got a full cash offer within 4 days on the market and closed fast. She’s easy to communicate with, always available, professional, polite and top of her expertise. We enjoyed every minute working with her!

Referred by a trusted friend, we bought our first home here in Colorado (#1) with Evelyn's help in 2018 after moving west from New Hampshire. Then in 2023 we bought our last home (#2) using much tougher criteria, since we are now seniors, in which Evelyn didn't skip a beat.
