Faith DeBlois Castillo

Faith would like to think that she did not find real estate, but that real estate found her when she really needed it. Faith has had a long journey to get here, where sadly she teetered close to homelessness a number of times. However, this journey has shaped her and allowed her to be a fierce advocate for others so they can find their homes.

Faith fell into real estate in a rather circuitous manner. When she left everything she owned behind in her home in 2013 to exit an abusive relationship, she did not know where she was going at the time, but also knew she would fall firmly on her feet. She decided that success would be the best revenge against someone who loved to discredit her work, and she rebuilt and came back even stronger than ever. She did this not just for herself, but to pose a positive example for her son.

Humbled by this experience, but yet uplifted by those close to her who were able to lend her a helping hand, Faith felt a commitment to also help those around her, and in addition wanted to enter into a financially remunerative career so she never had to be dependent on someone else again. She also realized she was capable of helping people through the biggest moments of their lives. Faith knew real estate was the perfect tool to achieve all of this.

Throughout this time, Faith has learned that she is an absolutely unstoppable force, and when she wants something, either for her or for her clients, there is no way she cannot achieve it. Additionally, her experiences have made her able to relate to a wider variety of different backgrounds and personal experiences. She is an avid listener and takes care to ensure she is offering you sound advice that truly is addressing your needs. She is LBGT-Q friendly, and comfortable helping people from a wide set of backgrounds and experiences.

Faith now lives in Philadelphia and is comfortable helping people from the Philadelphia Metro Area all the way to her original market area in the Poconos. In her spare time Faith loves to cook, spend time with her son, and enjoy all the cultural activities that Philadelphia has to offer.

Faith’s goal in the future is to work closely with the community to address issues such as domestic violence and creating a safe house to help other persons who do not have safe places to stay be homed again. Faith works hard to ensure she is personally growing every day, and her business continues to grow for this very reason. Every new client she helps with a home is extremely valued since this will allow her to help others exponentially through the many referrals she receives. It is truly the gift that keeps giving.
