Fausto Carosella

Fausto came to America from Italy with his family as a toddler. As soon as he was old enough he began assisting his father with purchasing and managing investment properties in his hometown of Boston and surrounding areas, continuously enhancing his knowledge of, and experience with real estate. He moved down to Florida seven years ago where he put that experience to use and began investing. He believes the best part of this business is finding a solution to people’s problems; whether it’s finding a home that’s their perfect fit, or selling their current house to quickly facilitate their next stage in life.
Fausto has a great love of movies and is also an independent film producer when he is not doing something with real estate. His favorite filming location was Alaska in the middle of winter surrounded by wildlife and untouched nature. “It’s still completely surreal to meet, and even become friends with actors I’ve admired on the big screen my whole life. I still get starstruck!”
Hand in hand with his love of film, Fausto also has a love of history. He enjoys visiting historic sites and collecting artifacts, especially those from the Revolutionary War. It was only natural he and his family chose to live in historic Fort Myers!
Fausto is also currently pursuing his Bachelors degree in Construction Management at Seminole State College to further his knowledge in his real estate career. He prides himself in exceeding his clients expectations by determining their true needs, in addition to financial ones, and meeting them all.
