Faye Sarafian-Erdman

Faye Sarafian represents over 28 years of experience and success in Westside real estate sales and she has achieved a sales volume exceeding $600 million dollars and growing. Faye has been a Westside resident for over 35 years and has been a Realtor for the past 28 years. She began at Jon Douglas and was awarded Rookie of the Year her first year. She also has received 120 hours of training as it relates to the pricing, marketing, buying and selling of residential income property and received designation of Certified Investment Counselor (C.I.C).

Prior to her real estate career she earned a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and worked as an Electronic Engineer and Software designer.

She joined Nelson/Shelton & Associates located in Beverly Hills in 1996 to continue to deliver the highest quality service at the best price for her clients. This is achieved by affiliating herself with a firm whose agents have an average of ten years experience and whose vision and commitment is focused on the leading trends and technologies in real estate. Her goal is to get her clients, whether buying or selling, the best price possible, in the shortest amount of time and with the fewest inconveniences. Communication, attention to details and service are the hallmarks of her business philosophy.

She also gives back to the community in that she lives and works. Faye donates time as a volunteer at Downtown Women Centerand is active in fund raising for the American Cancer Society, she also volunteers her computer expertise and time to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and does volunteer work with Domestic Violence Shelter. In addition, she donates a portion of each commission check to various charities.
