Rick has been fantastic to work with over the past four years! He was always fair, straightforward and honest, whether or not it's what we wanted to hear. Rick was our property manager when we rented our FL home due to a military move out of state, and then was our selling agent when we decided to sell the property a couple of months ago. He was easy to keep in contact with, especially across several times zones, and eased our worries and concerns, big or small. He was with us every step of the way, from finding the tenants, to maintenance, to negotiations, to closing the sale of the property. My husband and I would work with Rick again in a heartbeat if the opportunity ever presents itself again.

Rick and Sonia are simply the Best folks to work with! If you have a home to sell please do yourself a favor and contact them. They have bent over backwards in their effort to help me find a new home after selling mine quickly! I have never felt so secure in buying or selling my homes as with this Profession Team! They made several road trips out of state with me to look at potential homes and helped me make rational choices in my best interests. Rick went about checking in depth the home I'm buying and found issues not listed and notified me immediately and then renegotiate my offer to fix the discrepancies! They are very thorough and know their job! They are best of all friends who care about you and not about making money! You will be smart choosing this Team if you need anything done in Reality! I have had the pleasure to help Rick, Sonia, & Brianna on a few of their managed properties. Having been in the construction field for over 2 decades and delt with a lot of realtors on different properties it has been a pleasure working with all 3 of them at FTR. I can’t say enough great things about them and their business. If you want a team of 5 star realtors, and you want a 5 star experience either buying a property or having your property managed, then you need to Stop looking around, do your self a favor and call one of them, because you will not regret it!
