Francesco has a decade of residential leasing experience, where he learned professional communication, customer service, goal setting, and how to work efficiently with a team. He has created a system that he has refined over the years that he now uses with every client. Prior to real estate, Francesco worked sales jobs, where he learned how to work under pressure and match the right products with his clients. He is driven to be successful by his desire to be independent and build a successful business, along with being surrounded by some of the best agents in San Francisco, where he is encouraged to be the best he can in all aspects of his life. Francesco’s core values include honesty, respect, hard work, taking feedback, and positivity. Most of his clients are first-time homebuyers, but he enjoys working with all people and forming connections. Francesco is originally from Lucca, Italy, where he lived for most of his life. In 2005, he moved to San Francisco after being invited to work at a property management company by a family friend. He loves serving the community and is a part of the San Francisco Village, an organization that assists elderly people in their daily chores, and the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club, which promotes various events for its members. His other hobbies include music and art; he has enjoyed drawing and sketching since he was a little kid. He currently resides with his wife, Mirand, in downtown San Francisco with two cats and two dogs.
