Selling real estate is just as much about PEOPLE, as it is about real estate. Buying or selling a home is an emotional experience, and one of the largest transactions in a person's life. I know the area and the market well - and put that knowledge and experience to work on behalf of those I serve.

While I’m not a native Arizonan, I have lived in the metro Phoenix area for my entire adult life. Having "retired" from the Insurance and banking industry after a nearly 30 year career of business analytics and leadership roles has given me unique skills to have an in depth understanding of the valley and its markets.


I am fortunate enough to have a bachelors Degrees from both University of Arizona and Arizona State University. My business administration and Economics degrees prepared me to have an ability to dive deep market analytics and communicate the drivers and trends to my customers. This unique experience has allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of the region and it's many variables, as well as understand the value of productive communication and forging positive relationships, especially in a business transaction.

Having already served in a career where integrity, trust, and loyalty are the bedrock of success, its second nature to live those same values with every relationship and with every client I serve. My goal is always to guide the client through the buying or selling process in as seamless and smooth a process as possible, with a world-class level of service and commitment.

The Phoenix metro area is growing with lots of opportunities. It's important to find the home match for the buyer. My approach to searching for a home is listening to my clients. I usually start out with a wide net, and we narrow it down based on what their needs are. I have worked with many first-time home buyers, the retirement communities as well as second homes in Northern Arizona (focusing in the Gila County area).
