I was referred by an Attorney representing me, with two relatives Estates, which included selling the home they lived in, to enlist the services of Frank Borek. The residence/property needed to be sold is over an hour north of where I reside. Mr. Borek had educated me in the process and market in the area, providing an estimated timeline and sale price for residence/property, which were pretty much met. He also handled various tasks, reference with the town, which was also a big help, again being over an hour away. An underground oil tank, which I was not aware of, was discovered on the property during an inspection by the buyer. Mr. Borek recommended an oil tank removal company, which were highly efficient and good. As first time buyers, we had plenty of questions and were interested in seeing a lot of properties. Frank was always very responsive, didn't mind showing us properties over holiday weekends, and was always willing to work on our schedule. When we finally found the right home, Frank recommended his associates for the mortgage, legal representation and home inspection. We inherited a property that we thought was underwater with a Wells Fargo reverse mortgage my aunt took out in 2008. When the bank refused to take the property and allowed their attorneys to continue to harass us we were introduced to Frank as a short sale expert. When the bank refused to grant a short sale Frank found a buyer. had a wonderful time working with Frank Borek. He is very knowledgeable and was always on top of all the properties I've looked at. He would always go extra early to a property and look around and note things to me ahead of time. -Frank communicated well and often with me.
